Who we are
Eleganza Événements Inc. is an event-services company based in Quebec, Canada, providing DJ, hosting, sound, lighting, photo booth and special-effects services across Greater Montreal.

What we collect
We collect only what is needed to answer an enquiry and deliver a contract.

- Basic technical data your browser provides when you visit this site

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising without your consent.

The enquiry form
The form on this site is hosted by Zoho. What you enter is transmitted to Zoho and then to our team. We also record the form's language, the page you opened it from and the campaign source, so we know how you found us.

Photo booth: photos, sharing and artificial intelligence
Photos taken at the booth belong to the event. They are shared at the guest's request by email, SMS, AirDrop or QR code, and the full gallery goes to the organiser after the event.
The AI booth transforms portraits and can replace the background. That step is explained on screen and each guest must accept it before their image is processed. A guest who declines can use the booth in classic mode.
We do not publish images from a private event on our social media or on this site without written permission from the organiser.

Retention
We keep contract records for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require. Enquiries that do not result in a contract are deleted once they are no longer useful.
