What the venue needs to provide
A few things worth confirming with your venue before the event.
- A standard power outlet within reasonable reach of the setup
- Clear space for a queue, away from the dance floor
- Access to bring equipment in: a door, a lift or a ramp
- A flat, stable surface — especially for the 360 booth
- Ambient lighting that doesn't overpower the booth's own lighting
Exact space and power requirements for each product remain to be confirmed with the owner before final publication.
Privacy
Photos, sharing and artificial intelligence
Your guests should know what happens to their image.
Photos taken at the booth are shared at the guest's request — by email, SMS, AirDrop or QR code. Nobody is added to a mailing list and we do not resell any image.
The AI booth transforms portraits and replaces backgrounds. That step is explained on screen and each guest has to accept it before their photo is processed. A guest who declines can still use the booth in classic mode.
At the end of the event the full gallery goes to the organiser. We don't publish images from a private event without written permission.

Photo booth rental questions
How much does photo booth rental cost in Montreal?
Booked with a DJ package, the Social booth is $750 + taxes for three hours and the 360 booth is $1,050 + taxes for three hours. Unlimited prints add $300 + taxes. For a booth on its own, contact us and we'll confirm the exact price.
Does the price change by event type?
No. The same booth costs the same for a wedding, an office party or a prom. What changes is the personalisation: template, backdrop and props.
What's the difference between a photo booth and a photomaton?
None in our case — they're two words for the same thing in Quebec. We use whichever the client prefers.
How long is a rental?
The standard service inside our DJ packages is three hours, or four hours for the 360 in the prom package L'expérience ultime. Other durations are available on request.
How much space is needed?
The digital booth fits into a very small footprint. The 360 needs roughly 3 m × 3 m of clear, flat space. These figures are to be confirmed against the exact setup.
How does the AI booth work?
The guest is photographed, then picks a style or a background. The image is transformed on the spot. The processing step is explained on screen and the guest has to accept it before their photo is altered.
Do we get all the photos?
Yes. The complete digital gallery goes to the organiser after the event, on top of the shares guests do on the night.
Can we book a booth without a DJ?
Yes. Send us the date, the location and the hours you need and we'll send the price.
