How it runs
A corporate night has constraints a wedding doesn't: a venue clock, a meal service, speeches, and a crowd that doesn't always know each other.
Date, venue, headcount, start time, bar close. We confirm availability and the package.
Cocktail, dinner, remarks from leadership, awards, opening the floor. Each block gets its own sound.
Access times, available power, volume limits and whether the HAZE machine is allowed.
A company party spans several generations. We prepare wide and adjust to the floor.
Setup before guests arrive, sound check, and hosting on the mic only as far as you want it.
Why us
December is our busiest month and the one where mistakes cost the most: venue booked, caterer confirmed, two hundred people in the room, and a supplier who doesn't turn up. That's exactly what our crew structure exists to prevent.
The photo booth remains the single most effective add-on for a company night: it moves people around and gives employees a reason to leave their table. DSLR with prints, AI and 360 are the three most requested in corporate rooms.

December Saturdays go first, often months ahead. If your date is set, confirm early. If it isn't, send us your possible dates and we'll tell you which are still open.
No. The package includes hosting 'as needed'. Some companies want an active MC, others want music and occasional announcements only. You decide at the run-of-show stage.
Yes: a classical duo from $950, a dance troupe from $1,250, mariachis from $900, a Latin orchestra from $3,200 and cover bands from $3,800, taxes extra. These are booked subject to availability.
No. The HAZE machine is included 'where the venue allows it'. Many venues refuse it because of smoke detectors. We check with your venue before the event.
Yes. Public organisations, schools and municipalities are part of our client base, and we can provide the usual administrative paperwork with the quote.
DSLR with prints stays the favourite because employees leave holding something. The AI booth works well for themed nights and the 360 draws a queue. Compare them on the photo booth page.
